Wondering what we feed our dahlias? Mixed by hand right here on the farm, our custom formulated all-natural organic plant food will provide a balanced slow-release source of nitrogen, phosphorous, potassium and calcium from tuber planting all the way through harvest.

We boost our dahlia blend with the highest quality steamed bone meal, which breaks down more rapidly than rock phosphates to ensure that our dahlias have the necessary nutrients for strong root development and enhanced blooming later in the season. The mix is also composed of organic blood meal, feather meal, protein and bone meals, as well as natural sulfate of potash and some trace minerals. We specifically ensure that the blend is low in salts, so as not to burn your plants. Most importantly, we take extra effort to source organic components so that it is safe on our hands and for our pets.

This 2lb bag of our special dahlia blend is enough to fertilize 12-15 dahlia tubers at time of planting. Use and planting instructions are provided on the packaging.
